Good Things Take Time

Everyone has bad days. These days are just so despicably awful that you think you’ll never reach tomorrow. But, just a little reminder, that there are good days ahead.
You might struggle with a relationship or a hard decision, but eventually, you’ll work it out. There are good days ahead.
When you reach these good days, you will completely forget your bad days. This day will be so great, you’ll wonder why you were even blessed with such a good day. But it’s because you have deserved it. You’ve been through many trials, and you prevailed. You made it through. And you deserve a good day.

There are plenty of ways to live your life better. But I encourage to read this.

1. First of all, try to Live The Moment.

At first glance, it might seem simple and not really be revealing. Actually, most people have a really big problem with this simple thing. Consider it… For example when you are worrying – what are you thinking about? Probably about the past or the future. If you focus on what’s here and now, your worries don’t really matter, because they actually don’t even exist.

2. Express Your Feelings.

Do not keep it inside. Otherwise, it could destroy you from inside. Share them with other people. We have the emotions and feeling to feel them and express them, not to keep them in our heads or hearts. Because they are necessary and important. If you don’t express emotions they accumulate in you and you start to feel irritated, sad and unhappy.

When you feel sad, give yourself some time to be sad. It’s absolutely natural that you want to cry or to be alone when something bad or strange happened.

3. Sleep Well.

Sleeping is so important in life. Even thought I’m not objective because I love to sleep, it’s really significant. If you sleep enough everything looks better, people are less irritating, you have more vigor and a clearer mind.

4. Accept What You Can’t Change.

There are some things that we don’t have an influence on. Why then should we worry about them?It also concerns your life experiences. What happened – you can’t change and there is no sense in worrying about that. Ponder it, draw conclusions and save them for the future.

5. Be Good. Be Kind.

If you are a good person to the world, the world would be good to you. Not always of course. Sometimes life is unfair. But in my opinion, what we give to others, comes later to us. If you are a good person, people respect you and like you. For me, it is important to be a good person in peoples thoughts. Not that I change myself to make others like me or not saying my opinion if it is different than everybody else’s, but I like people to like me.

A Reminder

Just a reminder that you will have bad days and you will have good days. It just takes a little bit of patience, and you’ll make it through.
So, don’t worry your pretty little head, you will make it through the bad days.

You have only one life here. You never know how much time you have. Try not to stupidly waste it on being mad and grumpy.

Be happy.

  1. I have been having way too many bad days lately, and your advice is spot on. I keep telling myself these things as well. Sometimes it’s hard and not very easy, but most of the time it really does help. Great post! 😀

  3. I need more sleep. Long days at work and then looking after the boy until bedtime. I feel like I need to squeeze in time for myself at the end of it all. This means I don’t end up wrapping a duvet over myself until 11:30 some nights or even later. The alarm goes off at 6:20. It takes its toll, I know.
